Terms of Service
Effective: March 1, 2026 — Vaulted Studios LLC d/b/a Axiom Lattice
1. Data License
Materials data accessed through Axiom Lattice is licensed under a restricted research license. You may:
- Use data for internal research, development, and evaluation
- Reference results in academic publications with attribution
- Build internal screening pipelines using purchased data
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense raw data or exports
- Create derivative databases from purchased materials
- Use exported data for ML model training without a written data agreement
- Share or publish unmasked formulas from gated tiers
2. Intellectual Property
Axiom Lattice / Vaulted Studios retains all intellectual property rights in discovered materials, compositions, formulas, and associated computational data. Materials accessed through the platform are licensed, not sold.
Blockchain provenance proofs (BSV anchoring) establish priority dates. Axiom Lattice claims first-to-discover rights for all materials in the database.
3. Commercial Development Royalty
If you commercialize products derived from materials discovered on this platform, the following revenue-share terms apply based on the data tier at which the material was accessed:

Royalty obligations survive termination of your subscription.
4. Export Restrictions
All exported data (JSON, CIF, CBOM, analysis reports) is digitally watermarked with your account identifier. Exports may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Watermark removal or circumvention of tier-gating constitutes a material breach.
5. Acceptable Use
The following activities are prohibited:
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction
- Sequential enumeration of material IDs to bypass pagination
- Circumvention of tier-gated data access controls
- Reverse engineering of scoring algorithms or engine internals
- Sharing authentication credentials or viewer tokens
Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of paid access.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Per-material unlocks are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Materials data is provided for research purposes. Axiom Lattice makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, synthesizability, or commercial viability of any discovered material. Composite scores, verification grades, and DFT results are computational predictions and should be independently validated before commercial use.
